Cookie Care

Adoomi’s cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week. If you’d like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until a craving hits. Pro tip: cut a whole cookie into quarters before you freeze it – it’s the perfect bite-sized snack!

For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes or until gooey. Of course, if you simply can’t wait, then 20 seconds in the microwave should do it. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven — but trust us, it’s worth it.

Fair warning: never store your cookies in the refrigerator! This will lead to hard, dry cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

I have a Food Allergy, what can I eat?

We bake all of our cookies and baked goods on shared equipment in our bakery kitchens, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the allergens for all of our cookies on the cookie product page. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery. Please reach out to our team for any questions or concerns regarding this.

Are your cookies kosher or halal?

Our products are not “certified” kosher or halal, but we do not use any pork ingredients.

Why are your cookies so big?

We bake our cookies fresh by hand in small batches every day—just the way grandma would. That means we can’t make changes to size or flavors (as much as we’d love to!). But don’t worry, our cookies are perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself (we don’t judge 🍪). Pro tip: they freeze beautifully for future snack attacks!

I love your cookies, do you ship?

Yes, we ship our cookies nationwide (Canada) and wordwide. They are baked fresh to order and shipped directly from Toronto. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Please make sure billing information is correct before submitting your order. Declined payments may result in extra authorization holds (these will drop off in 5-10 business days).

Do you offer returns?

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. All merchandise is final sale as well.

Where’s my order?

You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking once your order is being processed for shipment (1-3 days before the requested delivery date). 

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder and add orders@midnightblue-owl-445276.hostingersite.com to your safe senders list.

If you’re looking for a local delivery order, please refer to your confirmation email and call the appropriate bakery.

Yes, we offer 10% off if you register for our newsletter with e-mail and/or phone number. You will receive your coupon upon confirmation.

This discount is only valid for delivery orders.

Social Media Promotions

We offer numerous promotions and contests via social media. If you are announced the winner you have 48 hours to redeem your offer.

Named Contest winners have 24 hours to redeem their discounts. Named Contest is when we give discounts to anyone named a certain name. For example “Mark” – you must follow all contest rules. For example, like comment subscribe share etc. 

We use digital contest rules to manage contests, winners are picked at random. 

Bulk Discount

When ordering $1,000 or more worth of cookies, you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the $1,000 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Can I combine discounts/promotions

Promotions, discounts and contests cannot be combined.
